1. Order Cancellation by Customer
✅ Before Order Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
- Once confirmed, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be processed.
❌ After Order Dispatch
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- However, you may refer to our Return Policy below after the product is delivered.
Cancellation of COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- COD orders may be canceled by us if not confirmed via phone/WhatsApp.
- Repeated fake or unconfirmed COD orders or failed delivery attempts may lead to restriction of COD services for your account.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Important: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Refund/Return
- Damaged or defective products received.
- Wrong item delivered.
Refund Process
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide proof (clear images/videos of the defect or wrong item along with unboxing video).
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Products used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
3. Category Specific Return Rules
🧸 Special Note for Toys (Easy Return)
Even if cancellation is not possible after dispatch, you can return toys within 5 days after delivery as per our easy return policy for toys (subject to unused/original condition).
🍳 Kitchenware & Home Décor
(Returns are highly restricted in this category to prevent misuse)
- Eligible only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used products, fragile décor items without unboxing proof, and clearance/discounted items (unless arrived damaged).
